By submitting, you confirm you are the account owner and agree to the permanent, irreversible deletion of your mDhobi account and all associated personal data.

What gets deleted

  • Personal profile (name, phone number, email address)
  • Order history and transaction records
  • Saved addresses and preferences
  • Payment method tokens (no raw card data is ever stored)
  • In-app support chat history
  • Push notification tokens and device identifiers

What may be retained

Some data must be kept under Indian law even after deletion:

  • Financial records legally required to be retained (7 years per Indian accounting law)
  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you
  • Fraud-prevention records if applicable under our Terms

    We acknowledge your request within 3 business days.

    Identity verified

    We confirm you are the account owner via your registered phone number.

    Account deleted

    Your account and personal data are permanently erased within 90 days of verification.
