When you use our website located at mdhobi.com, or the mDhobi mobile application (collectively, the “mDhobi Platform”) from mDhobi India Private Limited — a subsidiary of BitInfinity Web Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”), a private company established under the laws of India having its registered office at No. 369, Rang Vistar Yojana, Veer Sawarkar Nagar, Kota – 324005, Rajasthan, India.

The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the mDhobi Platform. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by mDhobi whether on the mDhobi Platform or otherwise.

Collection of Information

We receive and store information about you such as:

Information you provide to us

We collect information you provide to us, which includes:

• Your account information: your full name, email address, postal code, password and other information you may provide with your account, such as your gender, mobile phone number, contact addresses and website.
• Location information: our applications collect real-time information about the location of your device, as permitted by you.
• Your content: information you provide through our Services, including your reviews, photographs, comments, lists, current and past laundry ordering details and history, favourite services, contact information of people you add to (or notify of) your laundry orders through our Services, names, and other information in your account profile.
• Your searches and other activities: the search terms you have looked up and results you selected.
• Your browsing information: how long you used our Services and which features you used, and the ads you clicked on.
• Your communications: communications between you and other users or merchants through our Services; your participation in a survey, poll, sweepstakes, contest or promotion scheme; and your request for certain features.
• Your public posts: information (such as ratings, reviews, tips, photos, comments, likes, bookmarks, friends and lists) you provide to be published or displayed (“posted”) on publicly accessible areas of our Services, or transmitted to other users or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”).

Information we collect automatically

We collect information about you and your use of our service, your interactions with us and our advertising, as well as information regarding the computer or other device used to access our service. This information includes:

• Device information: to improve your app and website experience and lend stability to our services, we may collect information or employ third-party plugins that collect information about the devices you use — including hardware models, operating systems and versions, software, file names and versions, preferred languages, unique device identifiers, advertising identifiers, serial numbers, mobile network information, installed applications and phone state. Analytics companies may use mobile device IDs to track your usage of the mDhobi Platform.
• App info and performance: we may collect information about mDhobi app crash logs, app performance, device diagnostics and other related information.
• App activity: we may collect information about your mDhobi app interactions, pages you have visited, in-app search history and how you interact with our app.

Information from partners

We collect information from other companies with whom you have a relationship (“Partners”), depending on which services you use. We may also obtain information about you from third parties such as partners, marketers, third-party websites and researchers, and combine that information with information which we collect from or about you.

Precise Location Information and How to Opt Out

When you use one of our location-enabled services (for example, when you access Services from a mobile device), we may collect and process information about your mobile device’s GPS location (including the latitude, longitude or altitude of your mobile device) and the time the location information is recorded, to customize the Services with location-based information and features (for example, to inform you about laundry services in your area or applicable promotions). Some of these services require your personal data for the feature to work, and we may associate location data with your device ID and other information we hold about you. We keep this data for no longer than is reasonably necessary for providing services to you.

If you wish to use a particular feature, you will be asked to consent to your data being used for this purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time by disabling the GPS or other location-tracking functions on your device, provided your device allows you to do so. Use of Information

We use information to provide, analyze, administer, enhance and personalize our services and marketing efforts, to process your registration, your orders and your payments, and to communicate with you on these and other topics. For example, we use information to:

• Provide, personalise, maintain and improve our products and services — such as to enable deliveries and other services, and to personalise your mDhobi account.
• Provide you with information about services we consider similar to those you already use, have enquired about, or may interest you. If you are a registered user, we will contact you by electronic means (email, SMS, telephone or other internet-based instant messaging systems) with information about these services.
• Understand our users (what they do on our Services, which features they like and how they use them), improve the content and features of our Services, process and complete your transactions, make special offers, provide customer support, and respond to your queries.
• Determine your general geographic location, provide localized content, and provide customized and personalized viewing recommendations, services and offers to you.
• Generate and review reports and data about, and conduct research on, our user base and Service usage patterns.
• Measure or understand the effectiveness of advertising we serve, and deliver relevant advertising to you.
• If you are a partner cleaner, merchant or delivery partner, track the progress of delivery or the status of orders placed by our customers.
• Prevent, detect and investigate potentially prohibited or illegal activities — including fraud — and enforce our terms (such as determining unauthorized access, phishing and fraud).
• Communicate with you about our service — news about mDhobi, new features and content, special offers, promotional announcements, consumer surveys, and operational requests such as password reset requests. These communications may be by various methods, such as email, push notifications, text message and online messaging channels. Please see the “Your Choices” section to learn how to set or change your communications preferences.

We may combine the information we receive from third parties with the information you give us and information we collect about you for the purposes set out above. We may also anonymize and/or de-identify information collected from you. As a result, our use and disclosure of aggregated and/or de-identified information is not restricted by this Policy, and it may be used and disclosed to others without limitation.

We analyse the log files of our mDhobi Platform, which may contain Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, app crashes, pages viewed, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data. This helps us administer the website, learn about user behaviour, improve our products and services, and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Disclosure and Distribution of your Information

We may share the information we collect for the following purposes:

• With other users: if you are a delivery partner, we may share your name, phone number and/or profile picture (if applicable) and tracking details with other users to provide them the Services.
• With service providers: we may share your information with our vendors, consultants, marketing partners, research firms and other service providers or business partners — such as payment-processing companies — to support our business. For example, your information may be shared with outside vendors to send you emails, messages or push notifications relating to our Services, to help us analyze and improve the use of our Services, and to process and collect payments. We may also use vendors for projects such as conducting surveys or organizing sweepstakes.
• With partner delivery / cleaners: when you place a request to order on the mDhobi Platform, your information is provided to us and to the delivery partners / cleaners with whom you choose to order, in order to facilitate your online laundry order processing. If you provide a mobile phone number, mDhobi may send you text messages regarding the order’s delivery status.

Access to Account and Profiles

When you sign up for an account, you are opting in to receive emails from mDhobi. You can log in to manage your email preferences, or you can follow the “unsubscribe” instructions in commercial email messages. Note that you cannot opt out of receiving certain administrative notices, service notices, or legal notices from mDhobi.

Your Choices

Email and text messages

If you no longer want to receive certain communications from us via email or text message, simply access the “Communications Settings” option in the “Account” section of our website and uncheck those items to unsubscribe. Alternatively, click the “unsubscribe” link in the email, or reply STOP (or as otherwise instructed) to the text message. Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from service-related correspondence, such as messages relating to your account transactions.

Push notifications

You can choose to receive mobile push notifications from mDhobi. On some device operating systems you will be automatically enrolled. If you subsequently decide you no longer wish to receive these notifications, you can use your mobile device’s settings to turn them off.

Interest-based ads

Interest-based ads are online ads tailored to your likely interests based on your use of various apps and websites across the Internet. If you are using a browser, cookies and web beacons can be used to collect information to help determine your likely interests. If you are using a mobile device or tablet that includes a resettable device identifier, that identifier can be used to help determine your likely interests.

Your Information and Rights

You can request access to your personal information, or correct or update out-of-date or inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

We respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We may reject requests that are unreasonable or not required by law, including those that would be extremely impractical, could require disproportionate technical effort, or could expose us to operational risks such as free-trial fraud. We may retain information as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations, including to honor your choices, for our billing or records purposes, and to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. We take reasonable measures to destroy or de-identify personal information in a secure manner when it is no longer required.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, logical, physical and managerial measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use and modification. These measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risks of processing your personal information.

Please note that the mDhobi Platform stores your data with the cloud platform of Amazon Web Services, provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc., which may store this data on their servers located in India. Amazon Web Services has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of information, details of which are available at aws.amazon.com.
