Terms of using mDhobi

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the mDhobi platform. They set out the basis on which we provide our laundry and dry-cleaning services to you.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mDhobi platform (website or mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use mDhobi.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the platform or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• mDhobi reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and service-area coverage.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is due at the time of placing an order unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept the major payment methods available on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

mDhobi India Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kota, Rajasthan, India.
