Pickup & Delivery
Open the mDhobi app, choose your items and pick a convenient time slot. Our partner arrives at your doorstep, tags your garments and collects them — pickup is always free.
Cleaning & Turnaround
Most orders are cleaned, pressed, quality-checked and delivered back within 24 to 48 hours. Premium and bulk items such as blankets or carpets may take slightly longer.
Service Areas
We currently serve Kota, Rajasthan and surrounding areas, and are expanding to more cities. Enter your address in the app to check live availability near you.
Payments & Pricing
Payments are handled securely inside the app. You can pay using UPI, debit and credit cards, or supported wallets. There are no hidden charges — you only pay for what you order.
Orders & Support
Yes. You can follow your order live in the app — from pickup, through cleaning, to delivery — and you will receive real-time notifications at every step.
