Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled free of charge before our pickup agent arrives at your location.
  • Once the order has been picked up, cancellation is not permitted and the order will proceed to completion.
  • To cancel, use the "Cancel Order" option in the mDhobi app or contact our support team immediately.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed for valid claims such as lost items, damaged clothing, or service not rendered.
  • Refund claims must be raised within 48 hours of order delivery through the app or by emailing support.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Prepaid wallet credits used for payment may be refunded as wallet balance at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders cancelled after pickup.
  • Dissatisfaction with services already rendered that were within standard quality.
  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions of the garment not disclosed at pickup.

How to Raise a Refund Request

  • Open the mDhobi app and navigate to your completed order.
  • Tap "Report an Issue" and describe the problem with supporting photos if applicable.
  • Alternatively, email us at support@mdhobi.com with your order ID and details.
  • Our team will review and respond within 48 business hours.
