Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled free of charge before our pickup agent arrives at your location.
- Once the order has been picked up, cancellation is not permitted and the order will proceed to completion.
- To cancel, use the "Cancel Order" option in the mDhobi app or contact our support team immediately.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed for valid claims such as lost items, damaged clothing, or service not rendered.
- Refund claims must be raised within 48 hours of order delivery through the app or by emailing support.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Prepaid wallet credits used for payment may be refunded as wallet balance at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders cancelled after pickup.
- Dissatisfaction with services already rendered that were within standard quality.
- Damage caused by pre-existing conditions of the garment not disclosed at pickup.
How to Raise a Refund Request
- Open the mDhobi app and navigate to your completed order.
- Tap "Report an Issue" and describe the problem with supporting photos if applicable.
- Alternatively, email us at support@mdhobi.com with your order ID and details.
- Our team will review and respond within 48 business hours.
